Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using VibeCraft's services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

VibeCraft provides a dedicated machine with an AI agent for business operations. Each customer gets their own isolated machine with a web browser, terminal, and filesystem. The agent operates on your machine to complete tasks you describe in plain language.

VibeCraft provisions your machine and monitors its health. The machine manages its own software updates automatically. You never touch the underlying systems.

3. Your machine

Your machine is exclusively yours during your subscription. No other customer shares it.

VibeCraft does not access your operational data (conversations, files, secrets, audit logs) in the normal course of business. SSH and remote login are disabled. Software updates are handled automatically by the machine itself. Health monitoring uses a status endpoint that returns only whether the machine is running, with no access to your data. As your infrastructure provider, VibeCraft retains the ability to issue access tokens and deploy software updates. Access by VibeCraft personnel is governed by internal security policy and subject to audit.

You are responsible for the content and activities on your machine.

4. AI usage

VibeCraft provides the AI service that powers your agent. AI usage is included in your plan price. Each plan includes a monthly AI budget. If your usage exceeds the included budget, new tasks are paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan.

The AI API key on your machine is provided and managed by VibeCraft. It is stored in an encrypted vault on your machine. VibeCraft may rotate or revoke the key as needed for security or account management purposes.

5. Plans and billing

VibeCraft is a monthly subscription billed at the start of each period. Your price is guaranteed and will not increase for the duration of your subscription.

All plans include AI usage, automated backups, and full infrastructure management. Each plan includes a monthly AI budget. Usage beyond the included budget pauses new tasks until the next billing cycle.

6. Cancellation

Cancel anytime. No long-term contracts.

Your machine remains active until the end of your current billing period. At the end of the period, your machine and all data on it are permanently deleted.

You are responsible for exporting any data you want to keep before cancellation. VibeCraft cannot recover data after a machine is deleted.

No partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period.

7. The 14-day guarantee

Your agent completes real, measurable work within the first 14 days, or you receive a full refund. Contact carlos@vibecraft.so within 14 days of your subscription start date to request a refund under this guarantee.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for:

• Any activity that violates applicable laws
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages
• Unauthorized access to third-party systems
• Storing or distributing malicious software
• Cryptocurrency mining or compute-intensive activities unrelated to the service
• Circumventing security measures on third-party platforms

VibeCraft reserves the right to suspend service for violations.

9. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your data, files, and any software built on your machine. Anything the agent creates for you belongs to you.

VibeCraft retains rights to the platform, agent software, and infrastructure.

10. Service availability

VibeCraft targets high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. Enterprise customers may negotiate separate SLA terms.

11. Limitation of liability

VibeCraft is provided as-is. VibeCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Total liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. VibeCraft is not liable for actions the AI agent takes that you approved, or for third-party platform policy changes.

VibeCraft does not access or process your operational data in normal operations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
